Can I be on site during the staging installation?
While we understand the excitement of witnessing the design process, for safety and creative integrity, we kindly request no on-site presence during installation.
What if my property goes under contract sooner than the 45-day rental?
There are no refunds as the goal of home staging is swift property sales!
Can I select the furniture pieces for my property?
Our trained stylists act as creative directors for each stage, focusing on buyer preferences over personal likes.
Can I rearrange furniture or add my own pieces to the stage?
Post-staging, please refrain from making any changes to ensure a seamless sales process. Our approach is strategic, not decorative.
What if I’m not satisfied with the staging?
While staging isn’t about personal preferences, you have 24 hours after installation to request changes, subject to an additional fee.
Can my contractors work on the day of the stage?
The property must be stage-ready on installation day, with all contractor work completed. Otherwise, a rescheduling fee will apply.
What if furniture is stolen or damaged?
Once our furniture is in place, you assume responsibility as per our contract.
My property is under contract. What’s next?
Congratulations! Notify us of the contract and provide the closing date at least 7 days beforehand to avoid an expedited de-stage fee. This ensures a smooth transition without interruptions to your closing process.
